Perfectly Peachy Bellini
Serves: Makes 1 cup

Ingredients:

1 large peach, halved, pitted
1 ounce peach schnapps
4 to 6 ounces Champagne, chilled

Procedures:

Place peach and peach schnapps into a blender and secure lid.

Blend for 30 seconds or until smooth. Pour into tall fluted glasses and add chilled Champagne. Serve immediately.
